We'll conduct a full day workshop for your organization that will improve the business knowledge of your constituents, members, clients, etc. and assist them in developing actionable strategies for growth.

Our fee can be paid by you or you can pass it on to your clients.  Once we decide on a date, we'll offer a 25% to encourage early sign-ups.

Seating will be limited to the first 50 to register.

What YOU Need to Know to Start A Business Business/Improving Your Customer Service Quotient

Before you make the leap to starting a business, there are some basics you need to know to make the process as easy and effortless as possible.  It's not easy operating a business.  You'll also gain a greater understanding of how to maintain and build your business using sound customer service skills.  This seminar will help you develop a greater appreciation for your customer and raise the quality of the service you provide.  It will address the importance of managing your customers and delivering service that will result in their having positive feelings about you and your business.

The business plan is the blueprint for your business.  You’ll learn the contents of the business plan and how to prepare each section.  This is a real working session.  Actual plans will be onsite for you to review.

The essence of marketing is to understand your customers' needs and develop a plan that surrounds those needs. The seminar will present an array of strategies you can use to promote your business without a large marketing budgets.

These seminars will walk you through the fundamentals and leave you with materials you can use over and over again in the course of making decisions about your business.

Clients pay me at least $150 an hour to share these strategies. You'll be spending more than six hours with me (a $900 value) but you'll pay just $55 for the entire day if you register during the early registration period or $75 afterwards. This is a very small sum to gain valuable information that will assist you in establishing a sound foundation for your business that can lead to increased revenue, growth and greater stability.
